Nach Information aus der chinesischen Presse konnte sich Tesla bisher nicht \u00fcber die Eigent\u00fcmerstruktur einer k\u00fcnftigen Produktionsst\u00e4tte einigen. Dies scheint trotzt intensiver Verhandlungen mit der Stadtregierung in Shanghai in erster Linie daran zu scheitern, dass wie in China \u00fcblich auch Tesla dazu aufgefordert wurde f\u00fcr eine Produktion ein entsprechendes Joint Venture mit einem chinesischen Autohersteller zu schlie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n
Nach den Regeln der Zentralregierung ist f\u00fcr den Bereich der Autoproduktion ein Joint Venture mit einem chinesischen Autohersteller verpflichtend. Zudem ist in einem solchen Joint Venture die Anteilsverteilung mit maximal 50% maximal parit\u00e4tisch zu regeln. Dies ist wohl der Grund f\u00fcr die stockenden Verhandlungen, denn nach Insiderinformationen war der Tesla Gr\u00fcnder Elon Musk bisher davon ausgegangen, f\u00fcr eine Tesla Produktionsst\u00e4tte in China entweder die Mehrheit halten zu k\u00f6nnen bzw. im Gegensatz zu anderen gro\u00dfen internationalen Herstellern wie Mercedes Benz oder Volkswagen eine Produktionsst\u00e4tte auch ohne Joint Venture mit einem chinesischen Autohersteller betreiben zu k\u00f6nnen. So jedenfalls lasen sich die Ank\u00fcndigungen von Tesla im letzten Oktober.<\/p>\n
Tesla verkauft bereits seit einiger Zeit Fahrzeuge in China, doch durch die Situation diese importieren zu m\u00fcssen, schnellt der Verkaufspreis zum Beispiel f\u00fcr einen Tesla Modell X auch f\u00fcr normale chinesische Verh\u00e4ltnisse in atemberaubende H\u00f6hen. F\u00fcr die Einfuhr von Fahrzeugen erhebt der chinesische Staat eine Einfuhrsteuer in H\u00f6he von 25%, die dann f\u00fcr Tesla Kunden in China zum Fahrzeugpreis sozusagen noch “on top” kommen.
