Die BMW AG und Great Wall Motors haben ein Joint Venture gegr\u00fcndet um zuk\u00fcnftig den elektrischen Mini in China gemeinsam zu bauen. Die Schatten der Dual Credit Richtlinie werfen auch bei BMW den Blick auf schnelle L\u00f6sungen. Der elektrische Mini wird durch das nun geschlossene Joint Venture wesentlich schneller das Licht der Welt in China erblicken k\u00f6nnen und so zur positiven Entwicklung der Quoten Regelung der Dual Credit Richtlinie beitragen. Ab dem Jahr 2019 m\u00fcssen alle PKW Hersteller im Rahmen eines Punkte-Systems eine entsprechende Quote von Elektroautos in Ihrer Produktion vorweisen k\u00f6nnen, um weiterhin speziell gro\u00dfvolumige und nach dem System der Dual Credit Richtlinie dreckige Fahrzeuge, weiter ohne Abstriche in China verkaufen zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n
In den letzten Tagen hatte Daimler bereits angek\u00fcndigt in intensiven Verhandlungen mit der BAIC Tochter BJEV zu stehen, um zuk\u00fcnftig den elektrischen Smart in China fertigen zu k\u00f6nnen. Prinzipiell k\u00f6nnten auch die deutschen Autobauer auf ein Joint Venture verzichten. Ab Ende des Jahres werden die Produktionsbeschr\u00e4nkungen f\u00fcr den Bau von Elektroautos in China von der Regierung ja aufgehoben. Doch scheint der Weg und der Zugriff auf vorhandene Kapazit\u00e4ten Daimler und auch BMW sinnvoller zu erscheinen, um hier m\u00f6glichst kurzfristig entsprechende Produktionen aufbauen zu k\u00f6nnen. Beide Hersteller profitieren immens vom Absatz gro\u00dfer und leistungsstarker Fahrzeuge und stehen dementsprechend auch unter Druck in China die neuen Richtlinien ab 2019 erf\u00fcllen zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n
Die neu entstehende Produktionsst\u00e4tte f\u00fcr den elektrischen Mini wird in der Economic & Technological Development Zone der Stadt Zhangjiagang in der Jiangsu Provinz entstehen. Das unter dem Namen Spotlight Automotive Ltd. laufende Joint Venture ist dabei jeweils zu 50% im Besitz von BMW und Great Wall. Ingesamt sollen am Standort rund 5 Milliarden RMB (umgerechnet rund 650 Millionen Euro) investiert werden und im Endausbau soll an der neuen Produktionsst\u00e4tte ein Aussto\u00df von rund 160.000 Fahrzeuge pro Jahr m\u00f6glich sein. Gefertigt werden von Spotlight Automotive im ersten Schritt elektrische Fahrzeuge der Marke Mini. Zus\u00e4tzlich ist aber auch vereinbart worden, zuk\u00fcnftig Fahrzeuge mit Verbrennungsmotor in Zhangjiagang zu fertigen. Was darauf schlie\u00dfen l\u00e4sst, dass zuk\u00fcnftig hier auch Mini Modelle mit Verbrennungsmotor vom Band laufen k\u00f6nnten.
